Apartment 1 offers exceptional comfort and is ideal for a family holiday or a stay with friends. It has a spacious living room with a pull-out corner sofa, smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a fireplace with heating and decorative modes. The space also includes a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, stovetop, coffee maker, toaster and dishes).

The bedroom has a large double bed, smart TV and a spacious wardrobe, while the bathroom has a walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Heating is provided by Norwegian radiators with individually adjustable temperature. The apartment also has a spacious terrace with outdoor seating, a garage parking spot within the complex, and is on the first floor of a building with an elevator.
